M at the Fringe offers some of the most mouth-watering continental food in Hong Kong in an eclectically styled dining hall. Although it doesn’t enjoy the same fantastic views as its Shanghai counterpart, it manages to avoid the pretensions of M on the Bund and the service is first-rate. Most importantly, the food is delicious, whether you choose the daily specials or the time-honored favorites like the Salt Encased Slowly Baked Leg of Lamb.
